You can browse irises by name, size, colour group, flowering time, style, or qualities (such as prizewinning, perfumed, reblooming irises, and historic irises). You can also buy our virgin olive oil (collection only) and view our holiday rentals. Please note that for most of our irises there are (subject to availability) significant discounts if you order 3 or 5 of the same variety in the same order.
Important notice! We supply irises as bare root rhizomes which are dug from the field to your order and therefore they can only be delivered during the lifting season, in September-October each year, and there is a cut off date for orders after which any orders will be suppled the following year. For delivery in 2026, we are accepting orders up until 18 October 2026, inclusive, for orders destined for Italy and the EU, and 20 September 2026 for orders destined for the UK. Orders placed after those dates will not be delivered until 2027.
Tall, bright and grows like a weed! Flowers in a strikingly pretty combination of pure white and rich plum purple, with a cheerful orange beard at the centre. From the same hybridiser as Noctambule and the pattern is similar but in Noctambule the falls are a deep, almost black, blue rather than bright purple.
Alto, luminoso e cresce come un’erbaccia! Fiori in una combinazione straordinariamente graziosa di bianco puro e ricco viola prugna, con un’allegra barba arancione al centro. Proviene dallo stesso ibridatore di Noctambule e il disegno è simile, ma in Noctambule le ali sono di un blu intenso, quasi nero, piuttosto che viola brillante.
