Our Story
About us
Società Agricola Casa Nova SRL is a limited company (“Società a Responsibilità Limitata”) and an “agriturismo” under Italian law, owned by an British couple, Tom and Patricia, whose love for the art and beauty of Central Italy first brought them to this area in 1988. The Casa Nova estate extends to some 27 hectares of olives groves and iris fields in the beautiful Niccone valley, in Umbria, Italy. Our business activities include holiday rentals on the estate, the production of virgin olive oil and our iris nursery, which trades as “IrisUmbria.it”. We also have a separate website for our holiday rental business at CasaNovaUmbria.eu.
